STOPbase secretariat is placed in the Clinical Health Promotion Centre, at The Parker Institute at Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital.

Monday from 9.00-11.30 am, Wednesday and Thursday from 12.30-3.00 pm
The STOPbase secretariat handles the administration of members, communication strategy, publication of results, database update and development as well as contributions to research within the area. Furthermore we are able to assist tobacco and nicotine cessation units by entering data into the database.
Staff
The Secretariat consists of a National Coordinator and a Student Assistant.
National Coordinator
Anne Sode Grønbæk
The National Coordinator handles publications, data and database management and development tasks, project management, membership administration and communications at the Secretariat.
Student Assistant
Amanda Barnido Jensen
Among other things the Student Worker, handles membership administration and assists the member by entering data.
